Wednesday 21st June, London
What: East Africa Real Estate Investor Forum 2017
When: Thursday 8th June 2017
Why: Following the success of their West Africa Real Estate Investor Forum last year, Ace Corporate Events have decided to follow up with an edition looking at the attractive region of East Africa which has generated growing interest from foreign investors. East Africa has shown great potential for investors, with a vibrant property sector driven by economic growth, strong regional based trade and the prospect of future mineral revenues. While growth has slowed in many commodity linked markets in Africa, non-commodity driven markets, particularly in East Africa, have continued to perform well.
The conference will assess real estate as a profitable sector for investment across East African countries from Kenya, Rwanda to Ethiopia and everything in between. The East Africa Real Estate Investor Forum will bring together Real estate investors, developers, lenders, lawyers and consultants with interest in East Africa from all parts of the African continent and globally to explore opportunities in this high-growth market.
