Video: Jack Ma’s Full Speech in Kenya
Earlier this month, Chinese billionaire and Alibaba founder Jack Ma announced a $10 million fund for young, African entrepreneurs building online businesses on the continent.
The news came during his well-publicised two-day trip to Kenya and Rwanda, which came as part of his role as Special Adviser for Youth Entrepreneurship and Small Business for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
Ma also announced his collaboration with UNCTAD to offer 200 African entrepreneurs hands-on experience at his retail empire in China.
